Jon started the team in 2002 for his son and his sons friends to play football in. Since then he has undertaken several coaching courses and gained qualifications in coaching from the English F.A.

Jon is a member of the F.A. coaches association and a member of the South Wilts and Badger League commitee. He believes every boy and girl should have the chance to play in a team and prides himself on his organisation skills. As head coach he oversees the football development for all the teams under the Sarum banner. Jon will advance his coaching badges with a level 3 qualification in the near future, which will place him with a UEFA 'B' licence.
