Paul has coached the hawks for Salisbury city football club for the last two years.
Looking forward to the move to Sarum youth club along with his team.
He has seen a great improvement in his players and hopes to do a lot more with them in the future.
He thinks all children should get the chance to play football no matter what their ability;
every child can bring something to the game.
